Synapsmith does not offer refunds on any subscription plans. All payments are final.
Deleting your account automatically cancels your active subscription at our payment provider, so no further charges will be made. No refund or credit is issued for the remaining portion of the billing period.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error, contact me at billing@synapsmith.site within 7 days of the charge. I will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a correction.
I may, at my sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional circumstances (e.g., prolonged service outage). Each case will be evaluated individually.
